How do I cancel my membership?

If you do not remember which billing company processed your transaction, please be sure to check your SPAM folder for the confirmation email that was sent. The confirmation email contains your purshase details which is needed to locate your account. If you cannot find your confirmation email, we are happy to assist you.

How do confirm my membership was cancelled?

Upon canceling your membership, a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to the e-mail that was used for the initial sign-up (Note: no cancel email is sent if you joined via GateWay (RocketPay) Billing,
