ALTIRIS PRODUCTIONS  utilizes third-party age-verification providers to conduct age checks in a secure and compliant manner. The specific provider(s) may include, but are not limited to:

  • Yoti
  • AgeWallet
  • Other comparable, compliant third-party verification services (to be determined)

Verification methods may include one or more of the following:

  • Upload of a valid government-issued photo identification
  • Automated age estimation or facial age analysis technology
  • Other lawful age-verification methods permitted under applicable regulations

The chosen method may vary depending on jurisdictional requirements and regulatory guidance.

6. Verification Procedures

  • Users accessing adult content from covered jurisdictions are required to successfully complete age verification prior to accessing age-restricted content.
  • Access to adult content is restricted until verification is completed and confirmed.
  • Users who fail, decline, or otherwise do not complete the age-verification process will be denied access to age-restricted content.
  • Re-verification may be required periodically or if required by law or regulatory guidance.

7. Data Minimization and Privacy Protection
ALTIRIS PRODUCTIONS  is committed to protecting user privacy and minimizing data collection. Accordingly:
